HIGH THERMOTECHNICAL PROPERTIES

Heat retaining is one of the key requirements set for the window systems today. The Warmex spacer is made from hi-grade polymers with low heat conduction indices. The spacer’s thermotechnical parameters exceed similar aluminum spacers by approx. 10 times.


RESISTANCE TO VAPOR PENETRATION

Metalized layer on the spacer surface provides vapor resistance and makes it possible to use Warmex for manufacturing gas-filled insulating glass.



HIGH ADHESION PROPERTIES 

Values of the Warmex spacer secondary sealer adhesion to the metalized layer correlate to those of an aluminum spacer.


MATURE CONSTRUCT

The Warmex spacer has a stable geometry, deep and accurate perforation that provides unobstructed moisture absorption by a silica gel.



PROVEN RELIABILITY FOR ANY CLIMATE

Properties of the Warmex spacer had been tested for 10 years of extreme conditions of the sharp continental climate of the Western Siberia (average winter temperature is 30° С (and regularly even – 40° ), and summer temperature is  +25-40° С).

WIDE SIZE RANGE

Principle dimensions of the Warmex spacer make it possible to manufacture insulating glass units of various width. Height: 7.5 mm. Width: 8.5 mm, 9.5 mm, 11.5 mm, 13.5 mm, 15.5 mm, 17.5 mm, 19.5 mm, 21.5 mm, 23.5 mm.


COLORS VARIETY

The Warmex spacer is produced in following colors: RAL 9016 (white), RAL 7035 (light-grey), RAL 7040 (dark-grey), RAL 8003 (brown), RAL 8017 (mahogany), and RAL 9005 (black). There is a possibility to produces spacers of any color that conforms to RAL.



PROVEN QUALITY

The bearing capacity of a polymer spacer is highly competitive with an aluminum spacer, yet its thermotechnical parameters exceed by 10 times.

Chemical compounds that are part of the spacer composition make it UV radiation resistible. 

Properties and quality of the Warmex spacer are confirmed by multiple decisions and certificates issued by both, Russian and foreign laboratories including the International Window Technology Institute, Rosenheim (ift Rosenheim, Germany).
